      目的:对从软珊瑚Sarcophyton.sp.中发现的青霉菌Penicillium citrinum的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS中压色谱、凝胶色谱、半制备HPLC等方法对该菌的次级代谢产物进行了分离纯化;通过NMR、MS等方法,并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从青霉菌Penicillium citrinum中一共发现了8个化合物:2,3-dihydrosorbicillin(1)、Citrinin (2)、Penicitol(3)、dimethyl-4,7- dihydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3,5-dicarboxylate(4)、Emodin(5)、methyl-2,8- dihydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1- dicarboxy(6)、8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo- 9H-xanthene-1- carboxylate(7)、ergostane(8)。生物活性显示化合物3对HCT-116和Hela细胞株有细胞毒性。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigatethe secondary metabolites and their bioactivityies of the fungus penicillium citrinum isolated from a soft coral Sarcophyton.sp. Methods the techniques of silica gel column,TLC, SephadexLH-20, ODS medium-pressure chromatography, gel chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds from the secondary metabolites yield by Penicillium citrinum.The structure of the compounds was identified by NMR, MS and literature comparison. Results eight compounds were isolated from the Penicillium citrinum and identified as 2,3-dihydrosorbicillin(1),Citrinin (2), Penicitol(3),dimethyl-4,7- dihydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3,5-dicarboxylate(4)、Emodin(5),methyl-2,8-dihydroxy-6- methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate(6),8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1- carboxylate(7)、ergostane(8). Biological activity showed that compound 3 was cytotoxic to HCT-116 and Hela cell lines.
