      智能水凝胶可以响应不同的物理,化学和生物信号,已成为生物医学领域的热门研究方向。壳聚糖是一种天然来源的多糖聚合物,具有优异生物相容性,可降解性,易于表面改性。以壳聚糖为基质的智能水凝胶既能保留壳聚糖的优良性质,又能拥有不同的刺激反应能力,已广泛应用于生物医学领域。本文重点介绍了具有不同刺激响应特性的壳聚糖基智能水凝胶及其在生物医学领域中的应用,分析了壳聚糖基智能水凝胶的未来发展方向。
English Summary:
      Smart hydrogels can respond to different physical, chemical and biological signals and have become a popular research direction in the biomedical field. Chitosan is a polysaccharide polymer of natural origin with excellent biocompatibility, degradability and easy surface modification. Chitosan-based smart hydrogels have been widely used in biomedical fields as they can retain the excellent properties of chitosan while possessing different stimulus response capabilities. This paper focuses on chitosan-based smart hydrogels with different stimulus response properties and their applications in biomedical fields, and analyzes the future development direction of chitosan-based smart hydrogels.
