      目的 对采自西沙群岛的软珊瑚样品Sinularia maxima进行萜类次级代谢产物的研究。方法 利用硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱、中压制备型液相色谱和高效液相色谱等现代分离手段对软珊瑚样品浸膏进行分离、提纯;运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等现代波谱学方法,通过与已知文献报道的数据进行对比,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从西沙群岛软珊瑚Sinularia maxima中分离鉴定得到10个萜类化合物,分别为6α-hydroxy-4(15)-eudesmen-1-one (1)、(-)-ent-6α-methoxyeudesm-4(15)-en-1β-ol (2)、ent-4(15)-eudesmene-1b,6a-diol (3)、10α-hydroxycadin-4-en-15-al (4)、norcembrenolide 5 (5)、sinulin D (6)、norcembrenolide 2 (7)、leptocladolide B (8)、pambanolide C (9)、sinumaximol A (10)。结论 从西沙软珊瑚Sinularia maxima中分离得到10个已知的倍半萜和二萜化合物。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of terpenes isolated from Sinularia maxima, a soft coral sample collected from the Xisha Islands. Methods The secondary metabolites were isolated by a variety of chromatographic separation techniques including silica gel column chromatography, TLC, HPLC, and MPLC. And their structures were determined by NMR, MS and other spectral methods, and comparison with previously reported data. Results 10 compounds were isolated from Sinularia maxima, including 6α-hydroxy-4(15)-eudesmen-1-one (1), (-)-ent-6α-methoxyeudesm-4(15)-en-1β-ol (2), ent-4(15)-eudesmene-1b,6a-diol (3), 10α-hydroxycadin-4-en-15-al (4), norcembrenolide 5 (5), sinulin D (6), norcembrenolide 2 (7), leptocladolide B (8), pambanolide C (9), sinumaximol A (10). Conclusion Ten known sesquiterpenoids and diterpenoids were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia maxima.
