| 目的 对海洋中药的研究现状、研究热点、研究单位、团队和发展趋势进行分析，为海洋中药科学研究、学科发展、产业开发、临床应用和政策制定等提供参考。方法 检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方（Wanfang）、维普（VIP）数据库中1979年1月至2025年12月海洋中药相关文献，使用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等软件进行文本挖掘，对发文数量、期刊、高被引文献、机构、作者、关键词等信息进行知识图谱的构建和可视化分析。结果 共1 499篇文献纳入分析，发文量呈3阶段演变特征，载文量前三的期刊是《中国海洋药物》《中草药》和《中药材》。主要研究机构包括中国海洋大学、山东中医药大学、广西中医药大学等，各机构研究特色存在重合但各有所长。海洋中药领域研究发文量前三的作者分别为付先军、侯小涛、邓家刚，作者合作网络显示合作密切但跨机构合作有限。关键词分析结果显示，研究热点主要集中在资源品种、化学成分、药理作用、组方配伍等方面。近5年来，山东中医药大学海洋中药发文量增长最快。结论 海洋中药研究已进入稳定发展阶段，研究的主体机构与核心作者群已初步形成。现阶段，海洋中药在抗肿瘤、抗氧化及甲状腺疾病治疗领域的临床应用价值挖掘，以及基于古籍文献的组方配伍规律探索已成研究热点。未来研究应进一步整合现代技术手段，强化多学科交叉融合与协同创新，推动海洋药用生物资源的可持续保护与高效利用，从而加速海洋中药在中药现代化进程中的临床转化与产业化发展。 |

| Objective To analyze the current status, hotspots, research institutions, teams, and development trends of marine traditional Chinese medicine (MTCM), so as to provide references for MTCM scientific research, discipline development, industrial development, clinical applications, and policy formulation. Methods A systematic search of CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases was conducted for MTCM-related articles published from January 1979 to December 2025. CiteSpace, VOSviewer and other software were used for text mining. The knowledge maps and visualizations were constructed for annual output, journals, highly cited papers, affiliations, authors, and keywords. Results A total of 1 499 articles were included. Publication volume exhibited a three-stage evolution. The top three contributing journals were Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs, Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs, and Journal of Chinese Medicinal Materials. The main research institutions include Ocean University of China, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, etc. The research focus of each institution overlaps but each has its own strengths. The three most prolific authors are Fu Xianjun, Hou Xiaotao and Deng Jiagang. The author cooperation network showed that the author cooperation was close but the inter-agency cooperation was limited. Keyword analysis indicates that the research hotspots mainly focused on resource varieties, chemical components, pharmacological effects, prescription compatibility and so on. In the past five years, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has shown the fastest growth in MTCM publications. Conclusion MTCM research has entered a stable development phase, with principal institutions and core author groups initially formed. At present, clinical value exploitation in anti-tumor, antioxidant, and thyroid-disease therapies, together with formulation-rule exploration based on ancient literature, has become the research frontier. Future researchers should further integrate modern technologies, strengthen multidisciplinary convergence and collaborative innovation, promote sustainable conservation and efficient utilization of marine medicinal bioresources, and thereby accelerate clinical translation and industrialization of MTCM in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. |
