      目的研究涠洲岛海绵共附生真菌Cladosporium sp. SCSIO 41415次级代谢产物。方法采用中压正相柱层析色谱法和半制备高效液相色谱法,对真菌的大米培养基发酵物进行分离和纯化,采用核磁共振、质谱、圆二色谱等现代波、光谱学方法,结合其理化性质和文献数据对比,进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从中获得6个单体化 合 物,分别为:butyrolactone VII(1)、butyrolactone I(2)、butyrolactone V(3)、甲酯型莫纳克林K(4)、monacolin K(5)、dehydromonacolin K(6)。对14种病原菌进行抗菌筛选,发现仅化合物1和2对藤黄微球菌具有抑制作用,最低 抑菌浓度 分别为16、8 μg/mL。结论分离鉴定的6个单体化合物均为首次从该菌株发现,其中化 合 物1和2对藤黄微球菌具有抑制活性。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the secondary metabolites of the sponge-associated fungus Cladosporiumsp. SCSIO 41415 collected from Weizhou Island. Methods Medium-pressure normal-phase column chromatography and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the metabolites from the fungal rice fermentation extract. Modern spectroscopic methods such as nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry and electronic circular dichroism, along with their physicochemical properties, were used to identify the compounds. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as butyrolactone VII (1), butyrolactone I (2), butyrolactone V (3), methyl monacolin K (4), monacolin K (5), and dehydromonacolin K (6). The antibacterial screening against 14 pathogens showed that compounds 1 and 2 had inhibitory effects on Micrococcus luteus, with MIC values of 16, 8 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion Six compounds were discovered from this strain for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 showed antibacterial activity against Micrococcus luteus.
