      目的 研究一株西沙群岛珊瑚来源的耐氟青霉菌OUCMDZ-3701氟盐胁迫条件下的次级代谢产物。方法 利用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等手段分离纯化菌株OUCMDZ-3701发酵产物中的化合物;运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等方法,鉴定化合物的化学结构,并对化合物进行抗菌活性测试。结果 从该菌株的发酵提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,即(2R,3S)-phenol A acid(1)、dihydrocitrinone(2)、asperbiphenyl(3)、dicitrinone C(4)、dicitrinin A(5)、(5S,6R,9S)-penicillenol A1(6)、(5R,6R,9S)-penicillenol A2(7)和(9S)-penicillenol B2(8)。结论 从耐氟青霉菌OUCMDZ-3701含氟培养基的发酵产物中分离鉴定了5个桔霉素及其衍生物(1~5)和3个特氨酸类化合物(6~8),其中化合物4对产气荚膜梭菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌活性,最小抑菌浓度分别为8和4 μg/mL。
English Summary:
      Objective The secondary metabolites of a fluoride resistant Penicillium strain OUCMDZ-3701 from coral in the the Xisha Islands under fluoride salt stress were studied. Methods The compounds in the fermentation broth of the Penicillium sp. OUCMDZ-3701 were separated and purified by thin layer chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structures of the purified compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis including nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, as well as the specific rotation. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as (2R,3S)-phenol A acid (1), dihydrocitrinone (2), asperbiphenyl (3), dicitrinone C (4), dicitrinin A (5), (5S,6R,9S)-penicillenol A1 (6)、(5R,6R,9S)-penicillenol A2 (7) and (9S)-penicillenol B2 (8), respectively. Conclusion Citrinin derivatives 1?5 and tetramic acid compounds 6?8, were identified from a fermented medium under fluoride stress of marine coral-derived Penicillium sp. OUCMDZ-3701, among which compound 4 exhibits antibacterial activity against Clostridium perfringens and Staphylococcus aureus, with minimum inhibitory concentrations of 8 and 4 μg/mL, respectively.
