      海洋微藻具有易于培养、生长速度快、不占耕地面积等优点,是极具潜力的海洋种质资源。其产生的微藻多糖具有抗氧化、抗病毒、降糖、调节肠道菌群等多种生物活性,且具有安全性好、生物相容性高、可被生物降解及可稳定培养获得等优点,是未来海洋生物研究领域的前沿热点之一。文章综述了近年来主要海洋微藻多糖的来源、结构特征、生物活性及其在医药和食品领域等方面的应用,为进一步开发利用海洋微藻多糖资源提供理论依据和方法参考。
English Summary:
      Marine microalgae have the advantages of easy cultivation, fast growth rate, and occupying no arable land, making them highly potential marine germplasm resources. The microalgae polysaccharides produced by it have various biological activities such as antioxidant, antiviral, hypoglycemic, and regulating intestinal microbiota. They also have advantages such as good safety, high biocompatibility, biodegradability, and stable cultivation, making them one of the cutting-edge hotspots in the field of future marine biology research. This article reviews the sources, structural characteristics, biological activities, and applications in the fields of medicine and food of major marine microalgae polysaccharides in recent years, providing theoretical basis and methodological reference for further development and utilization of marine microalgae polysaccharides resources.
