目的 探究一种广泛应用于中药和食品原料的海洋绿藻来源的硫酸鼠李多糖Ls2-2的免疫调节活性。方法 采用体外培养的巨噬细胞和环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠模型,评价其体内外免疫调节作用。结果 Ls2-2能有效增强巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的活性,增加其一氧化氮的分泌。同时能增加脾脏白细胞数量,促进脾脏T细胞和B细胞增殖。脾淋巴细胞和小鼠血清中TNF-α和INF-γ的分泌均显著增加。结论 以上结果提示,Ls2-2可有效提高机体的特异性和非特异性免疫,有潜力开发为治疗免疫抑制相关疾病的免疫制剂或免疫佐剂。 |

Objective To investigate the immune-modulatory activity of Ls2-2, a sulfated rhamnus polysaccharide derived from marine green algae which had been vastly used in traditional Chinese medicine and food raw materials. Methods The cultured macrophage cells and immnosuppressed mice model induced by cyclophosphamide was used to evaluate the in vitro and in vivo effects. Results Ls2-2 co uldeffectively enhance the activity of macrophage cells to phagocytize neutral red and increase its secretion of nitric oxide. Meanwhile, the treatment could enhance the number of white blood cells, the proliferation of T cells and B cells in spleen. And both the TNF-α and INF-γ secretion in spleen lymphocytes, as well as in the mice serum were significantly enhanced. Conclusion All these results suggested that Ls2-2 could effectively improve the specific and non-specific immunity of the body, and has the potential to be developed as an immune agent or immune adjuvant to treat immune depressed related diseases. |
