摘要:目的 探索藻酸盐医用敷料对小鼠全层皮肤切除后的促愈合效果及凋亡信号的影响。方法 建立小鼠创面模型,分为对照组和藻酸盐医用敷料组。分别于不同时间段观察创面愈合情况,HE染色及Masson染色观察肉芽形成及胶原沉积情况,Ki67染色观察创面组织增殖情况,Western blot和免疫荧光染色检测凋亡信号通路表达情况。结果 与对照组相比,藻酸盐医用敷料组加速创面愈合,促进伤口肉芽组织形成和胶原的沉积,促进伤口细胞增殖。此外与对照组,藻酸盐医用敷料组促进Bcl-2表达,抑制caspase3表达。结论 藻酸盐医用敷料通过调控凋亡信号通路促进小鼠创面愈合。 |

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of alginate medical dressing on promoting healing and apoptosis signal after full-thickness skin resection in mice. Methods Then the mouse wound model was established and divided into control group and alginate medical dressing group. The wound healing, granulation formation and collagen deposition were observed by HE staining and Masson staining, the increment of wound tissue was observed by Ki67 staining, and the expression of apoptosis signal pathway was detected by Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Results Compared with the control group, alginate medical dressing group accelerated wound healing, promoted wound granulation tissue formation and collagen deposition, and promoted wound cell proliferation. In addition, compared with the control group, alginate medical dressing group promoted the expression of Bcl-2 and inhibited the expression of caspase 3. Conclusion Alginate medical dressing can promote wound healing in mice by regulating apoptosis signal pathway. |
