      目的 研究一株海洋绿僵菌属真菌新种 Metarhizium sp. P2100中具有抗菌活性的次级代谢产物。方法 运用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、高效液相色谱等技术对真菌大米培养基、GPY培养基发酵产物进行分离纯化得到单体化合物,综合运用核磁(NMR)、质谱、圆二色谱(CD)等手段解析其结构,并利用抗细菌模型进行活性筛选。结果 从大米培养基、GPY培养基发酵产物中分离获得了七个吡喃酮类化合物(1-7),其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物5-7具有中等抗细菌活性,对弧菌、粪肠球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌等多种致病菌的MIC值为75-151 μM。结论 海洋来源的绿僵菌属真菌在产生结构新颖的吡喃酮类抗菌化合物方面具有重要潜力。
English Summary:
      Objective To elucidate the secondary metabolites with antibacterial activity in marine-derived fungus P2100, which represents a new species of Metarhizoum genus. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were utilized to isolate and depurate the fermentation extracts of Metarhizoum sp. P2100 cultured in rice and GPY media to obtain compounds. Structures of the isolated compounds were clearly characterized by NMR, MS and CD. Results Seven pyranone compounds (1-7) were isolated from the fermentation products of rice and GPY media. Among them, compound 1 is a new compound; Compounds 5-7, exhibited moderate antibacterial activities against multiple pathogenic bacteria including Vibrio sp., Enterococcus faecalis, and Staphylococcus aureus with the same MIC values of 75-151 μM. Conclusion Metarhizium genus from marine environment have important potential in producing novel and antibacterial pyranone compounds.
