      糖胺聚糖具有抗凝、抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗炎、神经保护、调节肠道菌群及预防和治疗代谢性疾病等多种生物活性,在生物医药、功能食品及日化用品等领域用具有广阔应用前景。我国海洋动物资源丰富,所含糖胺聚糖含量高且结构独特,是糖胺聚糖类新药开发的重要资源。本文主要对海洋动物中糖胺聚糖的来源、结构特征、生物活性及潜在应用价值进行综述,以期为海洋动物来源糖氨聚糖的高值化利用提供科学依据。
English Summary:
      Glycosaminoglycans have various biological activities such as anticoagulant, antithrombotic, antitumor, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotection, intestinal microbiota regulation, prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, which has a broad application prospect in the field of biomedicines, functional food and daily use cosmetics. Marine animal resources are rich in our country. Abundant glycosaminoglycans from marine animals with unique structure is the important resources for new drug development. Here, the source, structural characteristics, biological activities and potential application values of glycosaminoglycans from marine animals are reviewed. These will provide scientific basis for the high value utilization of glycosaminoglycans from marine animals.
