      目的 通过分析临床使用海螵蛸的中药处方治疗疾病的用药情况,为临床应用海螵蛸治疗疾病提供参考。方法 收集医院从2018年1月-2019年12月期间门诊使用海螵蛸治疗疾病的处方,共计2599张。通过中医传承计算平台V3.0软件,运用频次统计、关联规则、聚类分析等功能,分析海螵蛸的治疗疾病、用药配伍、性味归经等规律。结果 在2599张处方中,病证治疗方面,以脾胃不和证所致的胃脘痛、胃痞病等消化性疾病,以及蕴毒腐溃证所致的胃癌、肺癌等肿瘤性疾病的治疗频率为高。常用药物配伍方面,与白及、党参、黄连、百合、乌药等药配伍应用为多。海螵蛸较为常用的剂量为20 g(占49.25%)、4 g(占12.97%)。性味归经方面,所用药多为性温(39.12%)或性寒(32.38%),味甘(31.71%)、苦(29.06%)、辛(26.17%)。结论 利用该平台得出海螵蛸的核心药物配伍和用药规律,可为海螵蛸的临床合理应用和研发提供依据。
English Summary:
      Objective The clinical use of cuttlebone in the treatment of diseases was analyzed to provide reference for the clinical use of cuttlebone. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 2599 prescriptions containing cuttlebone were used in the hospital to treat their diseases. Using the functions of frequency statistics, association rules and cluster analysis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System (TCMiCS) V3.0 to analyze the rules of cuttlebone in the treatment of diseases, compatibility of medicines, as well as the properties, flavors and channel tropism. Results Among the 2599 prescriptions, in aspects of treating disease and syndrome, the treatment frequency of digestive diseases including epigastric pain and ruffian flatulence caused by spleen-stomach disharmony and tumors containing gastric cancer and lung cancer of the Yundu Fukui type was higher. In aspects of compatibility of common medicines, it was mostly used in combination with Bletillae Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Lilii Bulbus, Linderae Radix and so on. The commonly used doses of cuttlebone were 20 g (49.25%) and 4 g (12.97%). In aspects of the properties, flavors and channel tropism, most of the medicines were warm (39.12%) or cold (32.38%), sweet (31.71%), bitter (29.06%) and pungent (26.17%). Conclusion The core compatibility and medication rules of cuttlebone through TCMiCS could provide a basis for the clinical rational use and research of cuttlebone.
