目的 研究长棘海星(Acanthaster planci)含氮类化学成分及其对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制活性。方法 综合运用硅胶柱色谱、中压反相ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法对化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据核磁数据和文献对比进行化合物结构鉴定,并对化合物进行乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的评价。结果 从长棘海星(Acanthaster planci)中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为胸腺嘧啶(thymine, 1)、尿嘧啶(uiracil, 2)、脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(thymidine, 3)、脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(2"- deoxyuridine, 4)、苏-脯环二肽(cyclo ( Pro-Thr), 5)、吲哚甲醛(1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde, 6)、L-苯丙氨酸(L-phenylalanine, 7)、异戊胺(isopentylamine, 8)。化合物2,5,6,8表现为较弱的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性。结论 化合物5,6,8为首次从长棘海星中分离得到。 |
English Summary: |
Objective To study the nitrogenous chemical components of Acanthaster planci and their inhibitory activity on acetylcholinesterase. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by comprehensive chromatography methods of silica gel column, ODS column, and semi-preparative HPLC and their structures were determined by the NMR data and comparison with literature data. All compounds were evaluated for inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase. Results Eight compounds (1–8) were isolated and identified from Acanthaster planci, and identified as thymine (1), uracil (2), thymidine (3), 2"-deoxyuridine (4) , cyclo ( Pro-Thr) (5), 1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde (6), L-phenylalanine (7), and isopentylamine (8). Conclusion Compounds 5, 6, 8 are isolated from Acanthaster planci for the first time.
