目的 对分离自北极高纬度地区的1株真菌Eutypella sp. D-1的抗肿瘤活性成分进行研究。方法 运用溶剂分部萃取、硅胶柱色谱、中压ODS柱色谱以及半制备HPLC等多种分离方法对次级代谢产物进行分离纯化;通过运用NMR、MS等波谱技术,结合文献比对,解析化合物的结构。结果 从真菌Eutypella sp. D-1大米培养基萃取物中分得3个化合物,鉴定为cladoacetal C (1)、benzophomopsin A (2)、pestalospirane B (3)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~3均为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。 |

Objective To investigate the cytotoxic secondary metabolites from fungus Eutypella sp. D-1 isolated from the high latitudes of the Arctic region. Methods The secondary metabolites were purified by solvent fraction extraction, column chromatography on silica gel, ODS, and HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS, and by comparison with the literature data. Results Three compounds were isolated from the culture of Eutypella sp. D-1 and identified as cladoacetal C (1), bentopopopsin A (2), and pestalospirane B (3). Conclusion Compound 1 was a new compound, and compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from the genus Eutypella for the first time. |
