      β-葡聚糖是自然界资源最丰富的多糖之一,尤其真菌来源的β-1,3-葡聚糖是结构独特、免疫调节活性好且研究报道最多的葡聚糖。本文对β-葡聚糖的发现、化学结构与生物活性、以及β-1,3-葡聚糖作为病原相关分子模式(PAMP)与其模式识别受体(PRR)Dectin-1之间的相互作用进行了综述,着重论述了不同理化性质的β-葡聚糖对人和鼠来源Dectin-1不同亚型的激活作用,所得结论,为以Dectin-1为靶点抗肿瘤药物的研发提供了参考。
English Summary:
      β-glucan is the most abundant polysaccharide in the natural resource, especially the fungi β-1,3-glucans, which has unique structure and has been extensively reported for its immune modulatory activities. We summarize the discovery of β-1,3-glucan, its chemical structure and bioactivity, the interactions between β-glucan as a pathogen-associated molecular pattern (PAMP) with its pattern recognition receptor (PRR) Dectin-1, with the emphasis on the activation of different β-glucans on human or mouse Dectin-1 different isoforms. The conclusions obtained provide the references for the research and development of anti-tumor drugs targeting Dectin-1.
