      目的 通过不同产地海地瓜活性物质的检测及降糖活性评价,为海地瓜的高值化利用提供理论依据。方法 运用凯氏定氮法测定粗蛋白含量、硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量、比色法测定皂苷含量、溶剂萃取法测定油脂含量,采用α-淀粉酶抑制剂筛选方法测定活性物质的体外降糖活性。采用单因素方差分析、主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)方法对数据进行分析。结果 不同产地海地瓜活性物质在含量与活性两方面均存在差异,且越南(CD1)、广东(CD3)、福建(CD4)、海南(CD8)与浙江(CD2)、威海(CD5)、烟台(CD6)、日照(CD7)分类明显,而对分类效果贡献最大的是皂苷、多糖、油脂的降糖活性。结论 本研究对海地瓜中活性物质的挖掘具有一定的指导意义,在后期的研究工作中,以期精准选择合适产地的海地瓜,快速、高效分离纯化海地瓜中的活性物质,实现其高值化利用。

      Objective Through the detection of active substances and the evaluation of hypoglycemic activity in acaudina molpadioides from different producing areas, the next step of separation and purification of active substances in acaudina molpadioides is guided. Methods Determination of crude protein content by Kjeldahl method, determination of polysaccharide content by sulfuric acid-phenol method, determination of saponin content by colorimetric method, determination of oil content by solvent extraction method, determination of hypoglycemic activity of active substance in vitro by α-amylase inhibitor screening method . The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance, principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). Results There were differences in the content and activity of the active substances in different producing areas. Yuenan(CD1)、Guangdong(CD3)、Fujian(CD4)、Hainan(CD8) and Zhejiang(CD2)、Weihai(CD5)、Yantai(CD6)、Rizhao(CD7) are clearly classified, and the most important contribution to the classification effect is the hypoglycemic activity of saponins, polysaccharides and lipa. Conclusion This study have certain guiding significance for the excavation of active substances in acaudina molpadioides. In the later research work, it is expected to accurately select the suitable producing area of the acaudina molpadioides to separate and purify the active substances quickly and efficiently.
