      目的 探讨中药海藻羊栖菜(Sargassum fusiforme)中的硫酸喹诺糖基二酰基甘油酯(SQDG)对凝血作用的影响,初步探讨SQDG促凝血作用途径。方法 采用断尾法评价SQDG对小鼠出血时间的影响,利用玻片法评价SQDG对小鼠凝血时间的影响;血凝仪法检测SQDG对活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT、凝血酶原时间PT、凝血酶时间TT的影响。结果 SQDG的出血时间、凝血时间比空白对照组分别缩短了28.96%、52.92%. SQDG可以显著缩短TT 40.42%,但对APTT和PT没有影响。结论 SQDG具有促凝血作用,可能是在凝血过程的纤维蛋白形成阶段发挥作用的。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigate the coagulation activity of sulfoquinovosyl diacylglyceride from Traditional Chinese Medicine Sargassum fusiforme. Methods Bleeding time and clotting time were evaluated by Tail-cutting method and slide method in mice,respectively. Coagulation analyzer was used to measure activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT). Results The bleeding time and coagulation time of SQDG were 28.96% and 52.92% shorter than those of blank control, respectively. SQDG could significantly shorten TT by 40.42%, but had no effect on APTT and PT. Conclusion SQDG exhibited procoagulant effect and may play a role in the fibrinogen formation stage of coagulation.
