      摘要:目的:为建立一种快速分析与鉴别不同种海参的方法,故采用热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)与差热分析(DTA)方法分别对不同海参进行分析。方法:以α-Al2O3为参照物,N2为气氛的条件下,升温速率为10 ℃·min-1,温度范围为50-600 ℃,进行各种海参的热分析图谱的比较鉴别。结果:不同海参的TG-DTG和DTA图谱中的峰形存在着很大的差异。在DTG谱图中,俄罗斯红参与球参分别有一个较大峰,威海刺参有一个较小峰,茄海参无明显峰,黄玉参、梅花参与光秃参分别有一个较大峰一个较小峰,但峰的形状与位置均有明显不同。在DTA谱图中,俄罗斯红参与光秃参分别有两个明显吸热峰,茄海参有两个明显放热峰,黄玉参与威海刺参分别有一个明显吸热峰,梅花参有三个明显放热峰,球参有一个明显放热峰。结论:试验表明热分析法具有用量少、易操作、图谱易分析、方便快捷等优点,可以作为一种快速鉴别不同海参的方法。
English Summary:
      Objective: To establish a rapid method for the analysis and identification of different species of sea cucumbers, we used thermogravimetry-differential thermogravimetry (TG-DTG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) methods for various sea cucumbers. Method: α-Al2O3 was taken as the reference substance and under N2 condition, with the velocity of hoisting temperature with 10 ℃?min-1 from 50 ℃ to 600 ℃, the herbs were identified by comparing differences of chromatography. Result: There are differences in TG-DTG and DTA chromatography among different species of sea cucumbers. In the DTG spectrum, there is a large peak of Russian red ginseng and spherical sea cucumber, a small peak of Weihai sea cucumber. no obvious peak of eggplant sea cucumber, a small peak and a larger peak of topaz sea cucumber, plum ginseng and bare ginseng. However, the shape and position of the peaks are significantly different. In the DTA spectrum, there are two distinct endothermic peaks of Russian red ginseng and bare ginseng, two distinct exothermic peaks of eggplant sea cucumber, one distinct endothermic peak of topaz sea cucumber and Weihai sea cucumber, three distinct exothermic peaks of plum ginseng, the spherical sea cucumber has an obvious exothermic peak. Conclusion: The experiment showed that thermal analysis method has the advantages of low dosage, simple operation and analysis, so it can be used as a rapid identification of different species of sea cucumbers.
