| 迄今上市的药物中,含有季铵盐结构的有多种,主要集中在头孢类抗生素及作用于胆碱受体的药物中。相比非季铵盐药物,季铵盐药物具有良好的水溶性,选择性地作用于外周神经系统,并能与靶标中心氨基酸形成离子-离子、离子-偶极以及π-阳离子相互作用,提高了药物与靶点的结合力和选择性。本文在总结早期季铵盐药物的用药优势的基础上,讨论近年来上市的季铵盐药物的最新研究进展。 |

| Among clinical drugs, there are a variety of quaternary ammonium drugs, mainly in the cephalosporins antibiotics and drugs acting on the cholinergic receptors. Compared to non-quaternary ammonium drugs, quaternary ammonium drugs have good water solubility, selectively act on the peripheral nervous system, and may form ion-ion, ion-dipole and π-cation interactions between drugs and their targets, thereby improving binding force and selective distribution of drugs. This article summarizes the advantages of early clinical quaternary ammonium drugs, and discusses the latest research progress of clinical quaternary ammonium drugs in recent years. |
