红树植物在全世界118个国家皆有分布,在中国主要分布于东南部沿海地区,且大多具有药用价值。据调研,中国的红树植物共有20科37种,其中具有药用价值的有23种。研究表明,23种药用红树植物均具有不同程度的抗肿瘤作用,具有很大的开发前景。本文主要对近20年来国内外97篇涉及中国现有23种药用红树植物抗肿瘤药理作用及其机制的文献进行综述,为利用药用红树植物开发抗癌药物提供有益的参考。 |
English Summary: |
Mangroves can be found in over 118 countries and territories in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world,and widely distributed in the southeast coastal districts of China, and most of which possesses medicinal value. According to investigation, 23 mangrove species of the total 37 species from 20 families in China have medicinal value. Researches indicate that all the 23 mangrove plants have different extent of anticancer activities, showing great developing prospect. This paper mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of 97 literature at home and abroad in recent 20 years, which concern to the anticancer effects and mechanism of 23 mangrove plants in China, providing an useful reference for developing anticancer drugs from mangrove plants. |
