      目的 对源于南极(44.40°W,61.47°S;水深:384 m)海水箱底沉积物真菌Aspergillussp. S-3-62的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法 采用Sephadex LH-20色谱、反相ODS柱色谱、高效液相柱层析等色谱分析方法,对Aspergillus sp. S-3-62发酵液的乙酸丁酯萃取部位进行系统分离。结果 分离得到7个单体化合物。结论 化合物1 -7 分别被鉴定为β-carboline(1),N-(2-Hydroxypropanoyl)-2- aminobenzoic acid amide(2),Cyclo-(Pro-8-hydroxy-Ile)(3),Cyclo-(Pro-Ile)(4),2-Acetyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone(5),4-Hydroxyben-zaldehyde(6)和Benzeneacetic acid, 2-hydroxy-1-methylpropyl ester(7)。其中化合物7为新天然产物。
English Summary:
      Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of Antarctic-derived (44.40° W, 61.47° S, underwater 384 m) fungus Aspergillus sp. S-3-62. Methods To isolate the fermentation broth of the Aspergillus sp. S-3-62 by various chromatographic methods, such as Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, reverse phase chromatography and HPLC chromatography; To identificate compounds structure on the basis of 1H, 13C spectral data, and MS and with the relevant literature. Results Seven known compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus sp. S-3-62. Conclusion Compounds 1~7 were identified as β-carboline (1), N-(2-Hydroxypropanoyl)-2-aminobenzoic acid amide (2), Cyclo-(Pro-8-hydroxy-Ile) (3), Cyclo-(Pro-Ile) (4), 2-Acetyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone (5), 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde (6), and Benzeneacetic acid, 2-hydroxy-1-methylpropyl ester (7). Moreover, compound 7 was new natural product.
