目的 对皱瘤海鞘的化学成分进行研究。方法 用色谱法以及光谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果 从皱瘤海鞘中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、邻苯二甲酸双(2-甲基)庚酯(3)、5-羟基-3,4-二甲基-5-戊基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(4)、5-羟基-3,4-二甲基-5-丙基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(5)、9-十八碳烯酸-2’,3’-二羟基丙酯(6)、2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(7)、2’-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(8)、乙基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、尿嘧啶核糖核苷(10)、腺嘌呤核糖核苷(11)、2’-脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(12)。结论:其中10个化合物均为首次从该种海鞘中分离得到。 |
English Summary: |
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Styela plicata. Met-hods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography methods. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical analysis, and co-mpared with the compound database literatures. Results Twelve compounds we-re isolated from the ethanol extraction of Styela plicata, and their structures w-ere identified as di-isobutyl phthalate(1), di-n-butyl phthalate(2), 1,2-benzenedic-arboxylic acid bis (2S-methyl heptyl) ester(3), 5-hydroxy-3,4-dimethyl-5-pentylf-uran-2(5H)-one(4), 5-hydroxy-3,4-dimethyl-5-propylfuran-2(5H)-one(5), 9-octadec-enoic acid-2’,3’-dihydroxy propyl ester(6), 2’-deoxyuridine(7), 2’-deoxythymidine(8), ethyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(9), uridine(10), adenosine(11), 2’-deoxyadenosine(12), respectively. Conclusion Most of them were obtained from the Styela pli-cata for the first time. |
