      目的 建立准确定量藻酸双酯钠(PSS)中残留铵盐的方法。方法 建立了奈斯勒试剂-紫外分光光度法和离子色谱法两种铵盐含量测定方法,测定了16批PSS中的铵盐含量,并与药典定性比色的方法进行了比较分析。结果 两种方法均具有较好的准确性,回收率良好,且两种方法测得的结果具有一致性。结论 这两种方法适合于PSS中铵盐的定量测定,可以作为PSS质量分析中铵盐的检查方法。
English Summary:
      Objective To establish methods for determining the content of ammonium salt in propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate (PSS). Methods Two methods for determining ammonium salt were established, including nessler’s reagent-ultraviolet spectrophotometry and ion chromatography. The contents of ammonium salt in 16 PSS samples were determined by the two methods, which were compared with the results of qualitative colorimetric method in pharmacopeia. Results Two methods had good accuracy and recovery, and the results determined by two methods were consistent. Conclusion Two methods were suitable to the quantitative determination of ammonium salt in PSS, and can be used as analysis methods of ammonium salt in quality control of PSS.
