目的 研究中国西沙海绵Agelas aff. Nemoechinata 二氯甲烷/甲醇部分的化学成分。方法 运用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、MPLC、HPLC等分离方法对该海绵化学成分进行分离纯化;利用核磁共振、质谱等结构鉴定技术,并结合文献,鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从海绵甲醇粗提物的二氯甲烷/甲醇部分分离鉴定了7个化合物:agelasine B (1)、2-oxo-agelasine B (2)、2’-oxo-agelasidine C (3)、2-甲酸吡咯负离子 (4)、2-甲酰胺吡咯 (5)、9-甲基腺嘌呤 (6)和尿嘧啶 (7)。结论 化合物1、2、3、4和6均为首次从该种分离得到。 |

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the sponge Agelas aff. Nemoechinata. Methods The compounds were isolated by TLC, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC and HPLC methods, and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS, and comparison with the data of literatures. Results From the Dichloromethane/Methanol Part of A. aff. Nemoechinata, seven compounds were isolated and identified as agelasine B (1), 2-oxo-agelasine B (2), 2’-oxo-agelasidine C (3), 1H-?Pyrrole-?2-?carboxylic acid ion(1-?) (4), 2-pyrrole-carboxamide (5), 9-Methyla-denine (6) and Uracil (7). Conclusion Compound 1, 2, 3, 4and 6 were isolated from this sponge for the first time. |
