      目的 研究海洋真菌来源化合物brevianamide A的化学结构及其生物活性。方法 利用现代波谱解析方法和X-ray单晶技术,对brevianamide A的化学结构进行研究;利用抗菌、卤虫致死和抗病毒活性模型对其生物活性进行评价。结果 首次对brevianamide A单晶数据进行报道,并首次对其核磁数据进行了详细归属;卤虫致死活性表明,brevianamide A具有微弱的卤虫致死活性。结论Brevianamide A的单晶数据、核磁归属数据以及活性数据对今后系统研究brevianamide A类化合物具有参考价值。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the chemical structure and bioactivity of brevianamide A isolated from a marine-derived fungus. Methods The chemical structure of brevianamide A was studied by using the modern spectrum analysis method amd X-ray crystallographic techniques. The biological activities including antimicrobial activity, lethal activity of brine shrimp, and antiviral activity, were also evaluated by using their evaluation model. Results The single-crystal data of brevianamide A was reported for the first time. The NMR data of brevianamide A were firstly assigned in detail. The lethal activity of brine shrimp results indicated that brevianamide A exhibited weak lethal activity. Conclusion the data of single-crystal, detailed NMR assignment, and bioactivity possessed reference value for the systematic study of brevianamide A and its analogues in the future.
