      海洋真菌来源的天然产物因其化学结构新颖和生物活性多样成为极具潜力的药物开发资源,受到研究者的广泛关注。本文综述了从20世纪50年代头孢菌素类抗生素发现开始至2014年8月间已经报道的1123个非曲霉(青霉)属海洋真菌新天然产物的来源、结构及其生物活性。
English Summary:
      Marine-derived fungi have received extensive attention of scientists’ in recent years for a potential use in the discovery of structurally novel and pharmacologically active natural products. The research on marine natural products (MNPs) of marine fungal origin could be traced into the identification of cephalosporins N and C in 1950s. Up to August 2014, there had been recorded 1123 new MNPs in literatures from marine-derived fungi other than Penicillium and Aspergillus genuses. These MNPs structurally belong to terpenes, steroids, polyketides, peptides and alkaloids, etc., and display multiple bioactivities such as cytotoxic, antimicrobial, anti-virus, and anti-fouling activities. This paper reviewed the sources, structures and bioactivities of these new MNPs.
