目的 研究互花米草的化学成分 方法 采用硅胶柱色谱与Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱联用分离互花米草的化学成分,结合1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS鉴定结构。结果 分离得到15个化合物,经鉴定为2,3-二氢吲哚(1)、豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮(2)、麦角甾醇(3)、对羟基苯甲醛(4)、豆甾-4-烯-6β-羟基-3-酮(5)、5,7,4’-三羟基-3’,5’-二甲氧基黄酮(6)、二十四烷酸-1-甘油酯(7)、对羟基肉桂酸(8)、3,5-二羟基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(9)、二十四烷醇(10)、羽扇豆醇(11)、阿魏酸甘油酯(12)、降倍半萜S-(+)-去氢催吐萝芙叶醇(13)、丁香醛(14)、1H-吲哚-3-醛(15)。 结论 化合物(1-15)均为首次从该种互花米草中分离得到。 |

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Spartina alterniflora Loisel. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and ESI-MS. Results There were 15 chemical constituents isolated from Spartina alterniflora Loisel, including 2,?3-?Dihydroindole (1), stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione (2), ergosterol (3), p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde (4), stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one (5), tricin (6), Lignoceric acid-1-glycerol (7), 4-hydroxylcinnamic acid (8), 3,5-dihydroxyfuran-2(5H)-one (9), Lignoceryl Alcohol (10), Lupenol (11), Glyceryl ferulate (12), S-( )-dehydrovomifoliol (13), syringaldehyde (14), 1-H-?Indole-?3-?aldehyde (15).
