      目的 评价羧甲基壳聚糖锌对III度烫伤伤口愈合过程的影响。方法 将75只雌性的Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,分别设阴性对照组,羧甲基壳聚糖锌组和海藻酸钙组,所有大鼠背部同样位置用98°热水烫伤20s造成III度烫伤伤口,分别覆盖纱布、羧甲基壳聚糖锌和海藻酸钙,观察不同组大鼠伤口愈合情况,第2天、第6天、第11天、第17天以及第26天计算伤口愈合率、取样测定组织中羟脯氨酸、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和白介素-6(IL-6)的含量,并对伤口组织病理切片进行观察。结果 羧甲基壳聚糖锌有效促进烫伤创面愈合前期的TGF-β和IL-6的分泌,促进愈合前期羟脯氨酸的合成和胶原的沉积,进而加快III度烫伤伤口的愈合速度,减少创面愈合后期瘢痕的形成,提高愈合质量。
English Summary:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of carboxymethyl chitosan zinc on III degree burn wound. Methods Seventy-five Wistar rates were divided into three groups: control group, carboxymethyl chitosan zinc group and calcium alginate group. All rats were burned 20 s by hot water at the same place on the back, in order to make the model of III degree burn. The wounds were covered by gauze, carboxymethyl chitosan zinc and calcium alginate. The conditions of wound healing were observed respectively. Wound healing rate was calculated and specimen were taken at the second day, the 6th day, the 11th day, the 17th day and the 26th day in order to determined content of hydroxyproline, TGF-βand IL-6 in the skin. Besides, pathology observations were analyzed. Results Carboxymethyl chitosan zinc can effectively promote the secretion of TGF-βand IL-6, promote the hydroxyproline synthesis and collagen deposition in order to accelerate III degree burn wound healing in the early stage and improve the quality of healing during the latter stages of healing.
