本文综述3种淋巴靶向造影剂,伊文思蓝、原蓝V等生物染料类显影剂能直接给淋巴染色,进而观察淋巴的病理特征进行疾病检测;淋巴闪烁造影剂利用放射性核素标记的分子进行显影,在被注射部位附近的淋巴管吸收进入前哨淋巴结后,通过观察前哨淋巴结的显影结果评估癌症的转移;核磁共振成像造影剂将顺磁性的金属连接到载体上,它改变了组织中质子的弛豫率进而增强正常组织与病变组织的成像对比度,提高淋巴系统的绘图质量。小分子靶向基团与大分子纳米载体相结合是新型淋巴靶向造影剂的研究热点,希望将安全、低毒、生物靶向性好的海洋多糖应用到新型淋巴靶向造影剂的载体设计中。 |
English Summary: |
This review focus on three lymphatic contrast agents. Pathological characteristics of the lymph for disease detection, lymph node can directly dye by Evans blue, patent blue V and other biological dyes. Lymphoscinitigraphy contrast agents using molecules marked by means of radionuclide to imaging, it absorbed into sentinel node by lymphatic vessels, cancer metastasis can evaluate as the results of sentinel node imaging. The structure of NMR-imaging contrast agents, a paramagnetic metal connected to a carrier, quality of the lymphatic system can improve by varying in proton relaxation rate and rising the image contrast of normal tissue and diseased tissue. The hotspot of lymph targeting contrast agent, combine small molecules which can improve the imaging to Nano-carrier, therefore marine polysaccharide which known for their low toxicity and high bioavailability would be a promising carrier for lymphatic contrast agent. |
