      目的 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加高剂量低聚甘露糖醛酸(PM)对断奶仔猪的生长性能、血液生化指标、血常规指标和脏器指数的影响,从而确定PM对断奶仔猪的生物安全性。方法 试验选用24头28日龄、健康的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重区组,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪,单笼饲养。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.3%(推荐有效剂量)、1.5%(5倍推荐有效剂量)、3.0%(10倍推荐有效剂量)PM的试验饲粮,试验期28 d。结果 各处理组间不同生长阶段的平均日采食量差异均不显著(P > 0.05)。与对照组相比,饲料中添加PM极显著增加了断奶仔猪的饲料转化效率(P≤0.01);饲料中添加PM对断奶仔猪死亡率、血清生化指标、血常规指标和脏器指数没有显著影响(P>0.05)。结论 断奶仔猪饲料中PM的推荐添加量定为0.3%,即饲料中PM为3.0%对断奶仔猪饲用是安全的。
English Summary:
      Objective This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of polymannuronate (PM) on growth performance, blood biochemical parameters, blood routine and organ index of weaned piglets to evaluate the biological safety of PM for pigs. Methods 24 crossbred (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) piglets weaned at 28 days of age were divided into 4 groups with 6 replicate for each treatment. Piglets were fed corn-soybean meal basal diets supplemented with 0 (control), 0.3% (the recommended available dose, RAD), 1.5% (fivefold of RAD), and 3.0% (tenfold of RAD) PM for 28-d, respectively. Results There were no significant differences (P > 0.05) in average daily feed intake. Compared with control group, the weaned piglets fed PM had higher feed conversion efficiency (P ≤ 0.01). There were no significant differences (P > 0.05) in pig mortality, serum biochemical parameters, blood routine and organ index among all treatment groups in the experimental period. Conclusion The recommended dosage of PM in piglets diets set at 0.3%, thus 3.0% PM in diet would be safe for weaned piglets.
