      目的 通过使用显微鉴别以及蛋白质电泳鉴别的方法来区分短尾海蛾与飞海蛾。方法 首先使用显微镜对两种海蛾的显微组织结构鉴别特征进行研究,之后采用蛋白质电泳法进行种间鉴别研究。结果 短尾海蛾骨碎片较多,形状不规则,横纹肌纤维侧面观多为方形,皮肤碎片聚集成星芒状;飞海蛾骨碎片较多,形状多不规则,少见方形或长条形,横纹肌纤维侧面观多为弧形,皮肤碎片聚集成不规则状或星芒状。在蛋白质电泳试验中,短尾海蛾鱼具有两条条带,比飞海蛾鱼的三条电泳条带明显少一条条带。因此这两种方法可用于种间鉴别。结论 本研究确定了海蛾显微鉴定特征,以及使用蛋白质电泳来进行种间鉴别的方法,为该资源的进一步研究及开发利用奠定了重要理论基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective By using the microscopic identification and a method for the identification of protein electrophoresis to distinguish P.volitans Cuvie and Pegasus laternarius Cuvier.Methods The first to use a microscope to identify characteristics of the microstructure of the two Pegasus,after study conducted to identify species using protein electrophoresis.Results In the Pegasus laternarius Cuvier,The bone fragments are more and the shape is irregular,Striated muscle fibers in profile view much more square,and the skin pieces come into astral shape;In the P. volitans Cuvier,thebone fragments are more and the shape is irregular,Very rare square or strip,Striated muscle fibers lateral view multiarc,skin debris gather in irregular shaped or stellate shaped.In the protein electrophoresis test,Pegasus laternarius Cuvier has two bands,are less one bands than P. volitans Cuvier.It can be used to discriminate between species.Conclusion The pharmacognostical identification features was determined, as wellas protein electrophoresis of two species of Pegasus were presented, which can provide the important information for the future study and thedevelopment and utilization of the medicinal material of Pegasus.
