      以鱼肝脏为SOD提取原料,研究热处理在提取工艺中的应用,主要考察了提取温度及热变性温度对SOD影响。结果表明:提取温度升高,SOD提取液中杂蛋白含量有所降低,在不影响SOD提取活力,即可减少提取液中杂蛋白含量的情况下,可选用40℃作为最佳的提取温度;SOD提取液经60℃加热80~120min,SOD比活较高,且酶保存活力较大,SOD的纯度可与90%硫酸铵盐析法相比,并且加热时间在一个较广的范围80~120min,也便于实际生产控制。实验证实,以采用热处理辅助工艺提取SOD 具有一定的可行性,同时具有成本低廉、环保、操作简单等优点。

      The object of this research was to investigate the application of heat treatment in SOD extraction technology from fish liver, mostly investigated the influence of extraction temperature and thermal denaturation temperature. Results showed that other proteins in SOD crude extract decreased significantly with theSincrease ofSextractionStemperature, in the case of maintaining SOD activity to reduce the content of other protein, the optimum extraction condition for 40℃.
