目的 研究红树植物角果木内生真菌Penicillium sp.J54产生的活性次生代谢产物。方法 采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定结构,利用MTT法测定各化合物的体外细胞毒活性。 结果 从角果木内生真菌Penicillium sp.J54发酵液中分离了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:aervecdysteriod D (1)、 pteleifoside C (2)、 3-methoxyepicoccone (3)、2,4-二羟基-3,5,6-三甲基苯甲醛 (4)、 mycosphine B (5)、mycosphine A (6)、5-羟甲基糠醛 (7)和对羟基苯己醇 (8)。结论 其中化合物1-5均为首次从角果木内生真菌分离得到,并首次报道了化合物4的波谱数据,活性测试结果表明化合物3对肿瘤细胞株K-562生长具有抑制作用。 |

Objective To study the bioactive constituents from endophytic fungus Penicillium sp.J54 of Ceriops tagal. Methods The secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. All the compounds were tested in vitro for their activity of leukemia cell lines (K-562) by MTT method. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the broth of marine fungus Penicillium sp.J54, their structures were determined as aervecdysteriod D (1), pteleifoside C (2), 3-methoxyepicoccone (3), 4,6-dihydroxy-2,3,5-trimethylbenzaldehyde (4), mycosphine B (5), mycosphine A (6), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (7), and 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (8). Conclusion The compounds 1-5 were separated from the endophytic fungus of Ceriops tagal for the first time and the NMR spectrum data of compound 4 was reported for the first time. Bioassay result showed that compound 3 had cytotoxic activity towards the leukemia cell lines of K-562. |
