海藻类的生物活性引起了人们的广泛关注,尤其是对褐藻多糖的研究。海藻多糖是海洋中最重要的药理活性物质之一,而且资源丰富,容易获取。对褐藻多糖以及生物活性的研究,已有较多的报道,并取得较大的进展。褐藻多糖虽在组成和化学结构上存在差异,但在生物活性方面有很多的相似性,如大多具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、调节免疫和抗炎活性、保湿等作用。 |
English Summary: |
The biologic activity of the marine algae has attracted widespread attention, especially the study of brown algae polysaccharides. Seaweed polysaccharides are one of the most important pharmacological active substances in the ocean, and it is not only rich in resources but also easy to get. The study of brown algae polysaccharides and biological activity, has been reported more, and made great progress. Brown algae polysaccharides, though there are differences in the composition and chemical structure, they have many similarities in terms of biological activity, such as, most of them have the anti-tumor, antioxidant, antibacterial, regulating immunity and anti-inflammatory activity, moisture, and so on. |
