      目的 以响应面分析法优化孔石莼多糖提取工艺。方法 以多糖得率为响应值,考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比对孔石莼多糖提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,对孔石莼多糖提取工艺参数进行优化分析。结果 孔石莼多糖提取的最优工艺条件为:提取温度91℃,提取时间1.1h,料液比1:21。提取三次后,多糖得率为10.19%。结论 实测值与响应曲面法回归模型的预测值接近,与模型高度拟合,该工艺简洁,得率较高,可用于孔石莼多糖的提取。
English Summary:
      Abstract: Object To optimize the condition of extracting polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa Kjellm.. Method Taking the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa Kjellm. as the response value, we adopted the single- factor experimental method to study the influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to water, and then used Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology to optimize the extraction technique. Result The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 90.7 ℃, extraction time 5.14 h, material to water ratio 1: 21 (g/mL), under which the yield of polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa was up to 11.12% with three-times extraction. Conclusion Measured value is closed to predicted value of response surface regression model, indicating the model had good fitting degree. The process is simple, fast and high yield, which can be used to extract polysaccharides from Ulva pertusa Kjellm. .
