| 目的对中药复方海藻制剂水煎液水相的化学组成进行初步研究。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法测定复方海藻制剂水煎液水相以及水相醇沉粗多糖的总糖含量;采用硫酸钡-明胶比浊法测定两者的硫酸基含量;采用硫酸咔唑法测定两者的糖醛酸含量;采用Folin酚法测定两者的蛋白质含量。采用气相色谱法对两者的单糖组成进行分析。结果复方海藻制剂水相总糖含量为56.90%,硫酸基含量为25.71%,糖醛酸含量为6.32%,总蛋白含量为38.01%。单糖组成分析显示水相中中性糖主要为葡萄糖,还有少量岩藻糖,甘露糖,半乳糖以及微量的鼠李糖。醇沉后粗多糖含量为53.05%,硫酸基含量为32.24%,糖醛酸含量为7.74%,总蛋白含量为22.01%。单糖组成分析显示粗多糖中性糖主要以葡萄糖为主。结论水相的化学成分主要是以由葡萄糖为主要中性糖组成的多糖类成分,而多糖可能是复方抗肿瘤重要的药效成分。 |
