| The regularity of gene mutation and drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis was reviewed in this article. The molecular mechanism of the drug resistance was discussed. By studing the excised lung tissues from six patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which was included the histology, immunohistology, host cellular immune response and by characterizing the bacterial populations present, to gain insight into the dynamics of the infectious process. |
