目的 观察甲壳质衍生物促进兔桡骨骨折愈合的作用。方法 新西兰兔,制备右桡骨中段3mm骨缺损模型,随机分组,每日灌胃给药。并于术后定期拍X-线片观察各组的骨折愈合情况。结果 X-线片显示甲壳质衍生物饲养组术后9d、17d的骨折愈合情况比对照组好,差异显著;而术后30d、42d比较,差异有极显著性。结论 甲壳质衍生物能促进骨折修复愈合。 |

Objective To study the effects of chitin derivatives on fracture healing in Newzealand rabbits. Method Eighty healthy Newzealand raboits were made into models with 3mm bone defect in middle segment of radius. They were randomly divided into four groups and the chitin derivatives were given ig, qd. X-ray study was used at regular intervals after operation to observe the bone repair process. Results The bone repair effects of N-acetyl-glucosamine group and oligochitosan group were better than those of control group 9 and 17 days after operation, and showed still better after 30 and 42 days. Conclusion The chitin derivatives could promote fracture healing. |
