      从中国南海海绵Pseudoceratina purpurea的正丁醇萃取部分分离出4个化合物，应用IR、MS、^1H NMR、^13C NMR、^1H—HCOSY、HMQC和HMBC等光谱分析技术进行结构鉴定，确定结构分别为1-乙酰胺-3，5-二溴-1-羟基-4，4-二甲氧基-2，5-环己二烯(I)；24-甲基-胆甾醇(Ⅱ)；以及胸腺嘧啶(Ⅲ)和尿嘧啶(Ⅳ)。
