| Asterosaponin of Asterina pectinifera
collected at the coast of Yangma island in Huanghai was prepared by extration of four
tissues with methanol, respectively. Data of the physical and chemical test,hemolytic
test,as well as UV and IR analysis showed that the extracts were asterosaponin and the
hemolytic test showed the different distribution and hemolytic activity of asterosaponin
from different tissues.Asterosaponin's melting point ranged from 242℃ to 255℃. |
