| 高血压、高血糖、高脂血症患者口服降糖消渴胶囊４Ｗ后其收缩压、舒张压血糖、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）、载脂蛋白Ｂ（ＡｐｏＢ）比治疗前分别下降１８．６％，１６．３％、４２．８％、１７．１％￣１３．７％、４．６％、２６．６％，而高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）、载脂蛋白Ａ＿Ｉ（ＡｐｏＡ－Ｉ）则较治疗前后分别上升７．９％、３３．６％，疗效优于对照组。结果表明降糖消渴胶囊有降低高血压、 |

| When chitosan capsuleextract had been taken by the patient with hyperten sion, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia for four weeks. Their systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, blood suger, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, Apoprotein B were decreased 18. 6%, 16. 3%, 42. 2%, 17. 1 %, 13. 7%, 4. 6%, 26. 6% and the high-den sity lipoprotein, Apoprotein A - I increased 7. 9%, 33. 6%reapectively. The effection was better than that of contrast group (P<0. 05). The result showed that chitosan capsule has the effect on hypertensionhyperglycemia hyperlipidemia, preventing atherosclerosis and there was no side-effects. The extract from porphyra yezonsis ueda has effects on hyperlipidemia, preventing atherosclerosis and there was no side-effects. |
