      以鳗鲡加工烤鳗剩余的脊原料制成鳗骨粉。选用40只昆明小白鼠,雄性,随机分为4组:低钙膳食组、碳酸钙组、鳗骨粉组和高钙鳗骨粉 。各组分别饲以按AOAC配 局料其中鲺分别来自碳酸钙和鳗骨粉,春含钙量依次为0.05%、0.39%、0.45?%、0.88%,喂养观察28d。结果表明,鳗骨粉组在的动物体增长,精巢发育、LD贞功酶分析方面与碳酸钙组相比无显著差异。低钙膳食组动物生长缓慢,精巢发育较差,肾脏M型
English Summary:
      The calcium powder of Anguilla japonica is prepared from the backbone of baked Anguilla japonica. Forty Kunming rats, male, are randomly divided into four groups (low calcium meal,calcium carbonate, bone powder of Anguilla japonica, high calcium bone powder of Anguilla japonica). All groups are fed with pure diet of AOAC formula for 28 days, The amount of the supplemented calcium in the experimental diet is 0. 05 %,0. 39%,0. 45%and 0. 88% respectively. The results indicate that there is no great difference between the groups of bone powder of Anguilla japonica and calcium carbonate in the increment of body weight, the development of spermary and LDH isozyme analysis. The growth of low calcium meal group is the slowest, the development of its spermary is inferior to that of the other three groups, Type M of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)isozyme increases but Type H decreases in kidney tissue, the content of LDH_1 and LDH_4 in the spermary are all higher than those of the other three groups. The growth and development of spermary of high calcium borne powder of Anguilla japonica is the best, Type M of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme decreases but Type H increases in kidney tissue, LDH content of its spermary is the least of all. It shows that the bone powder of Anguilla japonica can effectively provide calci um and promote the growth and development of rats, and it can be used widely as a good source of calcium for human body.
