English Summary:
      Turbidimetry and radioimmunoassay were used to determine the effect of the Purified Oil of Anguilla japonica(POAJ)on platelet aggregation and thromboxane B2 production. In vitro experiment the results showed that POAJ (10. 4-83. 3ml/L)inhibited colla-geninduced platelet aggregation and TXB2 production significantly. Their inhibition rates were 20. 5%-64. 2%andl8. 2%-61. 0% ,respectively. There was correlation between POAJ concentration and efficiency of inhibition of platelet aggregation and TXB2 production, and also between inhibition rates of platelet aggregation and that of TXB2 production.
