| 海珍玉液是由鲜刺参，黄芪，枸札，栀子，甘草组成的复方口服液制剂，选用３０只新西兰雄性白兔进行血液流变学试验。结果显示，海珍玉液能降低其总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平，具有非常显著性差异。同时能降低全血比粘度及红细胞压积。 |

| Haizhen Yuye (HY) is an oral liquid medicine consisting of Stichopus japonicus, Radix astragali seu hedysari, Fructus lycii, Fructus gardeniae et Radix glycyrrhizae. To investigate its effect on rabbit's hemorrheology?we chose thirty male New Zealand white rabbits weighing 2. 0?. 5 kg. Rabbits were randomly devided into 3 groups-control group, HY group and cholesterol group. Blood fat was measured before experiment and 1,2 and 3 months after the experiment. The results showed that cholesterol decreased significantly in HY group compared with that in cholesterol group ( P <0. 01). Triglycer-ine, blood viscosity and hematocrit had significantly decreased in HY group ( P <0. 01). The results indicate that HY can decrease blood fat level and blood viscosity, and improve accumulating capability of red blood cells. |
