Hyperlipidemia rats were fed by purified oil of Anguulla japonica (127. 7, 255. 4 and 510. 8 mg/kg) reduced significantly serum total cholesterol (TC), trigliceride (TG) and low density Hpoprotein(LDL) level. Effects of 127. 7 mg/kg were not significant. TC reduced rats of three doses were 13. 3%,37. 1% and 48. 7% respectively; TG reduced rats were 9. 5,12. 9 and 25. 2%; LDL reduced rats were 5. 1, 47. 4 and 62.2%. Also, doses of 255. 4 and 510. 8 mg/kg increased significantly high density lipoprotein(HDL) level. HDL increased rats of three doses were 8. 2,67. 3 and 61. 2%. Dose of 510. 8 mg/kg reduced significantly whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Dose of 255. 4 mg/kg reduced significantly whole blood viscosity, but did not reduced plasma viscosity. A dose of 127. 7 mg/kg had no effects on both whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. |
