| 毛蚶水解液ｌｇ１０ｇ／ｋｇ，２０ｇ／ｋｇ，能显著降低实验性性糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平，并显著降低食物性高脂血症鹌鹑的血清甘油三酯和血清胆固醇水平，表明毛蚶水解液具有降血糖、降血脂作用。 |

| The hypoglycemia and hypolipid effects of Hydrolysate of Area subcrenata (HAS) were studied. The results showed that 10 g/kg ig of HAS could lower the level of blood sugar induced by alloxan in mice significantly. Oral dose of 5 g/kg, 10 g/kg of HAS could decrease triglyceride (TG).at higher dose (10 g/kg, po) also could decrease total-cholesterel (TC) level of the experimental hyperlipidemia in quails induced by high fat forage. The results indicated that HAS possesssed bypoglycemic and hypolipidic action. |
