      应用甘糖酯(PGMS)对实验性大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的影响进行了观察,并通过流速,流态,存活率等指标评价PGMS的活性作用,结果提示PGMS能显著地改善了内脏微循环功能,减轻羊水造成的微循环损害。
English Summary:
      The erfects of proplylene glucol mannurate sulfate (PGMS) on experimental microcirculation were investigated. Rats received PGMS of 14 mg/100 g daily oraly. After 7 days the microcirculatory obstruction was induced by amniotic flulid (0. 15 mL/100 g,i. v. ). When the changes of microcirculation in PGMS animals were compared with that in control rats, the results showed that PGMS remarkably increased the speed of blood flow in the microcirculation ( P <0. 05) and postponed the time of the microcirculation obstruction,et al. The results suggest that there are protective effects of PGMS on microcirculatory obstruction in experimental rats.
