      目的:研究探讨贝壳类饮片在中成药中的应用情况,为海洋贝壳中药材的现代研究提供参考。方法:检索并筛选国家药品标准中含牡蛎、石决明、海螵蛸、珍珠母、瓦楞子和蛤壳等贝壳类饮片的中成药,采用SPSS Staistics23等统计分析软件,对纳入的中成药进行主成分分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:累计检索到218个中成药品种处方中含有贝壳类饮片,出现频数由高到低依次是牡蛎、海螵蛸、珍珠母、石决明、海蛤壳、瓦楞子。通过对含贝壳类饮片的的中成药进行关联规则分析,得到常用药对10个。主治疾病共涉及19类中医临床常见疾病,其中治疗脾系病类中成药中含贝壳的药物组合9个;治疗脑系病类中成药中含贝壳的药对组合有5个。聚类分析可将治疗脾系病类和脑系病类中成药分为4类。结论:含贝壳类饮片的中成药临床应用具有一定的规律性,从中可以发掘出一些常见药物组合,提示数理统计分析可以为从中成药处方中寻找潜在共性规律提供新方法,为中药新处方研究提供思路。
English Summary:
      Objective:Research and inquire the application of shellfish in Chinese patent medicine, it provides reference for the modern research of marine shell Chinese medicinal materials.Methods:Search and screen Chinese patent medicines containing shell medicines Ostreae Concha, Haliotidis Concha, Sepiae Endoconcha, Margaritifera Concha, Arcae Concha,Meretrix Meretrix,Using statistical analysis software such as SPSS Staistics23.Result:Principal component analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the included Chinese patent medicines .A total of 218 proprietary Chinese medicines were retrieved containing shellfish in the prescriptions , the cumulative appearance frequency of the 6 shell medicines in descending order was Ostreae Concha ,Sepiae Endoconcha, Margaritifera Concha, and Haliotidis Concha, Meretrix Meretrix,Arcae Concha. through the association rule analysis of Chinese patent medicines containing shellfish, 10 commonly used medicine pairs are obtained. Indications of diseases involve 19 types of common clinical diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, including 9 combinations of medicines containing shells in the treatment of splenic diseases. There are 5 combinations of medicines containing shells in Chinese patent medicines for treating brain diseases .Cluster analysis can divide Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of splenic diseases into 4 categories. Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of brain diseases are divided into 4 categories.Conclusion:The clinical application of Chinese patent medicines containing shellfish has a certain regularity.Some common drug combinations can be unearthed from it.It is suggested that mathematical statistical analysis can provide a new method for finding potential common laws from prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines.It provides ideas for research on new prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.
