      目的 研究一株海洋来源的真菌Aspergillus sp. WJP1的次级代谢产物及其生物活性。方法 利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱等方法,对该菌株发酵提取物进行分离和纯化;通过核磁共振波谱(NMR)和质谱(MS)等方法并结合相关文献数据比对,鉴定化合物的结构;并采用肉汤微量稀释法评价化合物的抗菌活性。结果 从该菌株中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别是(S)-(+)-11-dehydrosydonic acid(1)、sydonic acid(2)、hydroxysydonic acid(3)、(+)-austrosene(4)、(7S,11S)-(+)-12-hydroxysydonic acid(5)、(7S,11S)-(+)-11,12-dihydroxysydonic acid(6)、7-O-methylsydonic acid(7)、aspergillusene B(8)、yicathin C(9)和emodin(10);体外抗菌结果显示,化合物9和10对幽门螺旋杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的抑制作用。
English Summary:
      Objective The secondary metabolites and their activities of a marine-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. WJP1 were investigated. Methods The silica gel column chromatography, SephadexLH-20 gel column chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to isolate and purify the secondary metabolites from the fermented extracts of the fungus Aspergillus sp. WJP1. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic data and by comparison with the data of literature. Their antibacterial activities were evaluated by microdilution method. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as (S)-(+)-11-dehydrosydonic acid (1), sydonic acid (2), hydroxysydonic acid (3), (+)-austrosene (4), (7S,11S)-(+)-12-hydroxysydonic acid (5), (7S,11S)-(+)-11,12-dihydroxysydonic acid (6), 7-O-methylsydonic acid (7), aspergillusene B (8), yicathin C (9) and emodin (10). Compounds 9 and 10 showed antibacterial activities against Helicobacter pylori and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.
