| 糖尿病足部溃疡是在糖尿病足的基础上，因外周血管、周围神经病变而导致的下肢感染、溃疡，是糖尿病患者最严重的并发症之一。其病程长、治疗费用高，预后不良，大多患者面临截肢的风险。藻酸盐医用敷料作为一种新型的湿性敷料，能给伤口提供理想的湿润环境，促进伤口愈合，缓解伤口疼痛。本文就藻酸盐医用敷料在糖尿病足部溃疡中的应用及其机制进行相关综述。 |

| Diabetic foot ulcer is a kind of lower limb infection and ulcer caused by peripheral vascular and peripheral neuropathy on the basis of diabetic foot, which is one of the most serious complications of diabetic patients. The disease course is long, the treatment cost is high, the prognosis is poor, most patients face the risk of amputation. Alginate medical dressing, as a new type of wet dressing, can provide an ideal moist environment for wounds, promote wound healing and relieve wound pain. This article reviews the application and mechanism of alginate dressing in diabetic foot ulcer. |
